The Fundación is an educational, techno-scientific administrative non profit non governmental entity created and registered as a legal entity at the Dirección de Justicia del Ministerio de Educación y Cultura de la República Oriental del Uruguay (Justice Directorate of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Uruguay).

During the first months of 1998, a group of economists, financiers, sociologists and other professionals and executives dedicated to teaching, research, professional and entrepreneurial activities, created four autonomous Divisions in order to consolidate the objectives and activities of the Foundation at the Latin American levels.

  The four main areas we have entered are:
- Organization of national and international academic events, America's contests   (Events) .

- Academic-practical education & Technical-administrative business qualification (I.D.E.F.)

- Academic Certificates, International Certificates, Post graduated Courses, through distance education , Computer Based Training, Web Based Training and Interactive CD's Training   on our own web Campus  (Eruditio )

- Articles and papers of specialists in Economics and Social Development, with a sound basis of Latin America issues . (Working Papers)
